Short answer
The official Roblox experience page says Cursed Fruits spawn every hour on trees and plants, and that the game has multiple obtain methods. Start there. Chest values, exact chest odds, refresh timing and quest reward guarantees are UNVERIFIED / HOLD unless the live client or an official source confirms them.

A safe Fruit-hunt route
- Advance the active main quest so basic systems and travel are available.
- Check tree and plant spawns in the current world during the official hourly window.
- If you see a Fruit Chest or a quest option, read the live client’s price, timer, requirement and reward text before spending anything.
- If you obtain a Fruit, inspect its actual kit and skill progression rather than eating it only because a community rarity label sounds high.
- Use the Fruit Database and Build Planner to decide whether it solves your next problem.

What changes after you swap Fruits
The official experience description says Fruit skill levels save for each Fruit when you swap away. That means a temporary, usable Fruit can be worth learning while you wait for another option. It does not prove a universal respec rule, a complete skill tree or a recommended “best” Fruit.
